Speed Fence employs a crew of permanent staff members. As a number of our contracts for Crowd Barriers are away from Durban (Head Office), our policy is to send in a small trained team and when additional crew are required, we recruit local labour to complete the staff requirement, eg in Durban from Kwa Mashu, in Gauteng from Soweto. All contracted labour pay UIF and receive performance bonuses for the larger contracts.All staff are fully trained in different operational tasks to be able to be utilised in different operations functions, and develop skills and training.
We are registered Vendors with a number of large corporates, as well as the eThekweni Municipality, Durban Metro, Cape Town Municipality, Gauteng Provincial and Local Government and have valid Vendor Numbers and VAT Clearance Certificates.
